This expert level, highly detailed, museum quality, RAF Supermarine Spitfire Aluminum Airplane Model is brand new, fully built & assembled (not a kit). The manufacturer is Authentic Models (please see below).
The Supermarine Spitfire airplane model is completely hand-built & handcrafted of aluminum etched metal sheets over a lightweight wooden frame. The functioning wheels are metal and the tires are made of rubber.
This Supermarine Spitfire model is highly detailed with ailerons and tail rudder that are functional. The cockpit is fully detailed and the cockpit cover slides. The model aircraft can be displayed hanging from the ceiling, sitting on it's own landing gear or mounted on it's own solid cast aluminum stand (included).
This classic Spitfire Fighter is an exquisitely detailed model and would be a fabulous addition to any collector's prized possessions - an heirloom to be handed down for generations!
